Compared to control gfp(RNAi) treated planarians, islet-1 silenced animals extrude their pharynxes and move in circles instead to towards the food. 10 animals are recorded per condition. All animals correspond to trunk pieces at 12 days of anterior-posterior regeneration after 2 rounds of RNA interference.
