lmx1a/b-3 silenced planarians have normal phototaxis behavior after lateral regeneration. 4 out of 16 animals show limited movement and are not able to reach the shallowed region in less than three minutes (red arrowheads). 16 animals are recorded. All animals correspond to trunk pieces at 12 days of lateral regeneration after 2 rounds of RNA interference.
