Movie S1 from Wnt5b integrates Fak1a to mediate gastrulation cell movements via Rac1 and Cdc42

Time-lapse imaging of cell migration in involuting prechordal plate cells of an embryo injected with control MO. A time-lapse image of involuting cells of control MO-injected embryo, showing the normal cell migration in prechordal plate during convergence and extension. The image was taken over a period of 10 min with a frame taken every 10 sec. Compare the cell migration in the movie with Supplementary Movies S2 to show the high cell migration rate in control embryos versus the fak1a morphants. The prechordal plate cells were migrating anteriorly to the top right corner.
