Movie 5e from Bacterial chromosome organization by collective dynamics of SMC condensins

We first immobilized the diffusive slip-links and positioned them at sites with regular intervals. After the polymer relaxed into an equilibrium configuration, we turned on slow slip-link diffusion with k_ = 10-6 k0 and made movies of the contact maps. Movies 5a,b,c,d,e,f have a number of slip-links respectively Np = 1, 2, 4, 6, 16, 32.
