Genomic DNA sequences available in the GenBank database labelled as S. stercoralis, S. fuelleborni, S. cebus and Strongyloides sp. and having a primate indicated as the host. Markers such as 18S rDNA, ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2, 28S rDNA, cox1, 16S rDNA, and complete mitochondrial genomes were included in the analysis (n=2,347). Sequences were sorted based on the marker, host species and country as provided in the GenBank.
