(a, b) The usefulness of siRNAs and scrambled for HPV-16 E6 and E7 silencing was evaluated by RT-qPCR. (c) Immunofluorescence by confocal microscopy for HPV-16 E7 oncoprotein in Ca Ski cells transiently transfected with siRNA against E7 or scrambled. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
