Individual specimen showing the analysis approach for the electroporated (EP) joint following β-catenin-Tcf construct electroporation in forelimbs. 3D data were analysed thoroughly through comprehensive medial to lateral orientated virtual, serial sections (i-viii) for both Non-EP and EP forelimbs. This confirmed enlargement of the joint territories in each case following β-catenin-Tcf construct electroporation.
