Figure S7: RDA on normalized read counts to analyze the impact of explanatory variables (“cell type”: hemocyte/MtrBTN2 cells, species: trossulus/edulis, “environment”: Barents Sea/Channel Sea) on response variables (gene expression) followed by ANOVA like permutation test (nperm=999, model=“full”). Both “cell type” and “environment” were retained as significant explanatory variables (p<0.05).
