Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
All pairwise comparisons were performed between mother vs. infants (at 4-, 7-, 21-day, and infancy) after caesarean section birth. The resultant WSS scores are represented as a numerical value along with the data bar graphs. The WSS scores that were above the cut-off (CO) values are in red. NA=Sample was not available to run the analysis. NS=No WSS score observed. CO: NA=no cut-off value assigned, thus excluded to distinguish a related strain pair.
