Supplementary figure 2 from Geography of speciation affects rate of trait divergence in haemulid fishes

Diet and habitat overlap slopes and P values of 1000 regressions on 1000 trees sampled at random from the post-burnin region of the BEAST runs. Two allopatric pairs were removed as they don't have full posterior probability support on phylogenetic reconstruction. Slopes are presented as histograms and P values are plotted as a kernel distribution.
