A. A custom monitoring system allowed us to record the behaviour (vertical camera) and identity (horizontal camera) of adult sicklefin lemon sharks in their natural habitat. B. Two or more sharks occurring simultaneously in the 3-metre radius zone were considered to tolerate each other. The size of the tolerance zone corresponds to the mean body size of the sampled sharks. C. Dominance relationships were determined from agonistic interactions between pairs of sharks.
