Python Code Used to Generate ONH Model Geometry and Mesh from Factors affecting optic nerve head biomechanics in a rat model of glaucoma

Python code that can be used with Trelis (csimsoft) to generate ONH model iterations. The script was written using the editor Atom with the custom-folds plugin. Top level code blocks are bracketed by #<< #>> and second level code blocks are bracketed by # . This is not necessary to use the script, but it may be helpful to the user. To generate ONH model iterations, edit the variables “modelIdxs” to include the desired model instances, and set the variable “dataDir” to point to the text file containing parameter values (LHS_Parameter_Values.txt).
