Time-lapse imaging of cell migration in lateral hypoblast of fak1a morphant inject into un-injected wildtype host A fluorescence time-lapse image of lateral hypoblast of fak1a MO and rhodamine-injected cell transplanted into un-injected wildtype host, showing the normal cell migration during epiboly. The image was taken a period of 30 min with a frame taken every 10 sec. Compare the cell migration in the movie with Supplementary Movies S8 to show the high cell migration rate in cell injected into un-injected wildtype host versus the fak1a morphant host. The hypoblasts were migrating dorsally to the bottom right corner.
