Movie S3 from Wnt5b integrates Fak1a to mediate gastrulation cell movements via Rac1 and Cdc42

Time-lapse imaging of cell migration in involuting lateral cells of a wild type embryo injected with control MO. A time-lapse image of involuting cells of control MO-injected embryo, showing the normal cell migration in lateral side during convergence and extension. The image was taken over a period of 10 min with a frame taken every 10 sec. Compare the cell migration in the movie with Supplementary Movies S4 to show the high cell migration rate in control embryos versus the fak1a morphants. The lateral cells were migrating dorsally to the top right corner.
