AUPR-AUROC (A), ROC (B) and Precision-Recall (C) for dimension reductions, existing crowd wisdoms, and individual predictions of binarized DREAM2 challenge dataset. For each parametric dimension reduction, the best parameter (in A) was selected according to AUROC (B) or AUPR (C). PCA was selected for non-parametric dimension reduction.
