(A) Role of chordotonal neuronal cells in chemical nociception. Silencing of chordotonal neuronal cells was done by blocking the synaptic output using tetanus neurotoxin. n = 60-90 larvae for each condition. Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test was used to determine statistical significance between different groups.
