Cell toxicity was measured by LDH release in neuron-like cells after 6, 16, 24h, 36h and 48 hours post transfected with GFP-DISC1. The bar graph represents the percentage of cytotoxicity normalized to control values. There were no significant differences between control and GFP-DISC1 transfected cells at any of the time points.
