For bromeliad microecosystems containing tadpoles exposed to Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd), a water treatment (natural or pre-sterilized), and an arthropod treatment (present or absent) for 17 d: rarefaction curves for bacterial sequences, average relative abundance of the most common bacterial phyla, results of generalized linear models and permutation multivariate analyses of variance, and differentially abundant OTUs for each treatment.
