Fibroblast cells were transfected with a control siRNA or an siRNA against ATP6V0C and infected 48 hours post transfection with AD169 at an MOI of 1 and cells fixed 96 hours post infection and stained for pp28, TGN46 and DAPI (A) or pp28, GM130 and DAPI (B).
