Raw measured indexes for each group. (A) Average errors and (B) transit time. The average number of errors did not differ significantly between groups during the 5 weeks. The average total transit time differed significantly between groups in the first week [F(3, 55) = 2.80, p < 0.05]. Multiple comparisons did not reveal differences between the groups [F(3, 55) = 1.23]. There was a significant difference between groups in the third week [F(3, 55) = 3.44, p < 0.05] and fourth week [F(3, 55) = 5.34, p < 0.01]. In the third week, multiple comparisons showed a significant difference between observer and demonstrator groups (p < 0.05). In the fourth week, multiple comparisons showed a significant difference between observer and demonstrator groups (p < 0.01), observer and waiting group (p < 0.05) and observer and individual groups (p < 0.05). In the fifth week, there was a significant difference between groups [F(3, 55) = 7.60, p < 0.001]. Multiple comparisons showed significant differences between observer and demonstrator groups (p < 0.01), observer and waiting group (p < 0.01) and observer and individual groups (p < 0.01).
