Parasite load was assessed by in <i>vivo</i> luminescence after adoptive transfer of 8x10<sup>4</sup> sorted Rop7-I, -II and -III CD8 T cells and infection intraperitoneally with 5x10<sup>4</sup> Pru luciferase parasites on days 4, 5, 6 and 7 post-infection. No significant difference in parasite load was observed.
